John M. Sakellarides is the founder and owner of the firm. His practice focuses exclusively on estate planning, probate administration, and tax law. John earned his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) at the University of Florida. As a tax lawyer with more than 25 years of practice experience, he is uniquely well-qualified to provide clients with the advice and representation they need.

John offers clients straightforward, honest legal counsel and exceptional client service. He provides personalized attention to each client and maintains on-going close communication throughout the course of a matter. In his estate planning and probate administration practices, John assists clients with all sizes and types of estates, from modest estates to substantial estates with complicated assets. John is particularly adept at helping estate planning clients determine whether they could benefit from including a trust in their estate plan.
